I am so totally impressed with Salmon Arm PARDON ME. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Staff are friendly, caring and professional. I ended up with new hearing aids at a very affordable price and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this clinic.

Tyler and Terri were excellent and very caring with my 96 year young mom. Listened to her concerns and comments. Refitted so the in ear aides were comfortable for her. And price point was almost half of another hearing aid provider. Are we happy with product and service. YES we are Thank you Terri and Tyler!

I appreciate Noland Trombley because of the honesty and care he showed from my first visit, he didn't shy away from any of the hard questions I had for him, and he truly cared about what was best for me. He cared about what I could afford or not afford not caring about just making a sale. He's there to make your life better and I found that's what he cared about the most. He worked things out for me that was affordable for me and what was best for me. I must say it's like a breath of fresh air to have someone truly cares about the patient first. It feels like a new beginning for me. I incourage anyone who has any trouble hearing please go see him make an appointment, he's in the Polson mall and the business is called Pardon Me you won't regret it, doesn't cost anything to phone him and talk with him. It was my introduction into getting hearing aids and was not sure what to expect. Noland at the Vernon store made me very comfortable and he is very professional and explained everything so I could understand how to use my new hearing aids with ease. I highly recommend Pardon Me Hearing

Talked to Dr. Hilbert at the Kelowna home show and he sells the same hearing aides I have which are about one year old and not working well. I don't live in Kelowna but he opened his office for me and totally reprogrammed my hearing aides. They are working much more like they should and are much better. He also set up to change settings online so I don't have to visit his office. He found many issues with the programing Amplifon Kamloops had done and fixed them. Got my telecoil working for land line phones. Did not work before. Great service, very knowledgeable and great setup in his office. Will likely do the 2 1/2 hour one way drive when I need the next in office visit for my hearing aides. Was very impressed with his service and knowledge.

Without a doubt, I was so impressed with Tyler in the Salmon Arm office. He was kind, helpful and most importantly, honest with assessing my situation. I am so grateful and thank him for the most in depth hearing evaluation I have had.

I had recently experienced a sudden hearing loss condition in which I needed a very quick hearing test completed. I was referred to Noland at Pardon me by the ENT surgeon. He rearranged his schedule to help me out. It worked out that I had to make two more visits to him. Every time Noland and his staff more more then happy to help me out.
